About G2A Arena

G2A Arena The Exhibition & Congress Centre located in Jasionka, is the most modern business facility in the Podkarpackie Region. The object was officially inaugurated on the 23rd of June 2016. The direction and purpose for our facility was clearly defined already at the planning and design phase. This is reflected in the character and architectural solutions in the building. As such, it is intended that the building will host a variety of fairs, events, exhibitions, conferences and congresses organised in the Podkarpackie Region.

The Centre is a crucial meeting place for the business community in the region and Rzeszów, the major city of the Podkarpackie Region in particular. It takes around 10 minutes to get to the city centre, travelling alternatively by public or private means of transport (for more details, see "HOW TO REACH US").

During numerous events that are to be held on a yearly basis in Rzeszów, the Centre will offer an excellent surrounding for establishing successful business contacts, learning about the latest branch trends and presenting attractive product offer to potential clients.

HISTORY

The Podkarpackie Region addressed the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) to co-finance the project "The Construction of The Exhibition & Congress Centre in the Podkarpackie Province" on the 22nd of August 2011. The contract on the project's co-financing was signed in December 2012.

The actual construction of the Centre was initiated on the 30th of December 2013; two years later the construction stage was accomplished and having realised all necessary interior works, the Centre was officially opened on the 23rd of June 2016.

CWK Operator Sp. z o.o. was chosen as the operator of the building and management of of the Centre was officially conferred on the 1st of July 2016. The mission of the Center is to plan and organize dedicated events: fairs, congresses, exhibitions and conferences of regional, national and international range.

MANAGEMENT

CWK Operator Sp. z o.o., the operator of the Center is a dedicated company created solely for the purpose of managing the Centre. As a member of the TRIAS Group, the company is equipped with unique know-how and experience in the field of event creation and the MICE sector as such. With a diverse team of professionals from the region, Poland and abroad the company focuses creating and developing new projects. Projects that benefit the region and business environment as a whole.

The Centre is a multi-functional facility; the exhibition and congress halls can operate both independently and in conjunction with oneanother. Moreover, the exhibition space allows for creating numerous hall arrangements, according to clients' demands.
